摘要

隨著通訊技術發展的寬頻化與IP化，三合一服務(Triple play)逐漸成形，發展「全IP電信等級視訊應用整合系統技術」已成為極重要之發展方向。「全IP寬頻網路系統與服務技術發展計畫」投入下世代之全IP化寬頻通訊與應用服務技術的研發，以協助國內網通廠商之寬頻通訊產品的競爭力，並提升我國通訊產業的價值創造力。本計畫投入四個主要項目之技術研發，分別是網路視訊服務技術(Network Video Service Technologies)、IP電信系統與服務技術(IP Telecom System & Service Technologies)、服務導向架構平台技術(SOA Service Framework Technologies)，以及電信等級開放架構平台技術(CGOE Infrastructure Technologies)，全面發展IP應用、IP電信平台與FTTx等相關技術。

With the trend of IP technology and broadband communications, triple play services are rapidly becoming available. To facilitate triple play services, the development of ＜||＞All IP CGOE video application integrated systems＜||＞ is becoming more and more important. ＜||＞All IP Broadband Network System and Service Technologies Developing Project＜||＞, thus, continues the research in broadband communications and the IP application technology, in order to bring communications technology to the next level in Taiwan. The project comprises four sub-projects in this year, i.e. Network Video Service Technologies, IP Telecom System & Service Technologies, SOA Service Framework Technologies and CGOE Infrastructure Technologies, covering the applications and the platform technologies of all IP communications.
