下世代通訊技術之軟體架構設計
A Design of Software Architecture for Next Generation Communication Technology

The next generation communication system should be able to integrate and inter-operate with various mobile communication systems. However, there are no specific protocol specifications to describe the implementation of each communication system standard. Current communication standards just flexibly define the protocol architecture to meet the functional requirements. In this paper, a new protocol is proposed which not only meets the functional requirements of IEEE 802.16m MAC layer, but also has the advantages of portability, reusability and extensibility. It can be applied to different communication standards, and can work on different system platforms.
