摘要

服務導向架構（service-oriented architecture, SOA）為近幾年最熱門的資訊系統架構，根據資策會的調查，服務導向架構的市場將會持續的成長，企業的資訊部門，也將面臨資訊系統架構的變更。
建立服務導向架構，最基礎的工作為建立一個服務元件，因此建立一個服務元件的標準開發流程，必能縮短建立服務導向架構的時程。

For the past few years, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) has become one of the most popular information system architectures, according to Institute for Information Industry, Service-Oriented Architecture market will continue to grow up. Besides, the business information sectors will also face Information System Structure changes.
To establish a Service-Oriented Architecture, the most basic work for the establishment is to build up a service component, the establishment of a service component of the standards development process is ready, it will short the time of the establishment of service-oriented architecture.
