近紅外光譜儀之開發及應用

摘要


採用InGaAs線型感測器的二極體陣列系統(diode array system)和平場化凹面光柵,儀科中心開發完成一款偵測波長範圍為900nm-1700nm的近紅外光譜儀。此近紅外光譜儀具有結構簡易、無移動元件及快速掃描等優點。文中並對近紅外光譜儀的系統結構、光柵光路、電子電路、無段式積分時間、測試及應用等逐一作介紹,希望能提供給國內相關產業之從業人員作為參考。

Near infrared (NIR) spectrometer with wavelength range from 900 nm to 1700 nm has been carried out by adopting diode array system, flat-field concave grating and InGaAs linear sensor. This type of NIR spectrometer has many advantages such as simple structure, no moving parts and rapid scanning. The article also introduces the system structure, optical path of grating, circuit architecture, stepless intergrating time, tests and applications about NIR spectrometer. We look forward to providing information for researchers and workers in related industries for reference.
