古環境變遷研究發展與新利器
Recent Advances of Paleoclimate Study and New Technique
摘要
人類在尚未完全瞭解氣候動力機制之前已經顯著改變氣候，頻度更高的洪旱災難事件讓將全球氣候變遷研究的重要性浮上檯面。本文主要簡介最近古氣候研究的迫切需求與發展重點，同時也探討新高解析度掃描儀在此研究方向上可能產生的貢獻與在自然材料上的應用。

Human have changed the climate before fully understanding the mechanism of climate dynamics. More frequent flood/drought disasters urge the importance of a full swing climate change research all over the world. This paper mainly introduces the recent advances in paleoclimate study, its urgent needs and the potential contribution from the application of novel techniques on various kinds of natural archives.
