精密玻璃模造技術廣泛應用於製作各式光學元件,其可快速量產高精度光學元件,此技術包含模仁製作、預形體成形技術、模造參數控制以及硬膜技術,本研究將詳述如何應用玻璃模造技術製造微投影系統之平面積體光學元件、線形產生器中微柱狀鏡陣列及生醫晶片上之微流道等產品。

The precision glass-molding technique (PGMT) can be applied to mass-production of high quality optical elements. The PGMT has several key processes, such as fabrication of mold, generation of preform, optimum of molding parameters and hard coating. This article presents all the processes of PGMT in planar integrated optical elements of micro-projector system, micro-cylindrical lens array (μ-CLA) of line generator and microfluidics of biochip, respectively.
