摘要


生物醫學中蛋白質的存在與其表現量在生物體中占有十分重要的角色,藉由蛋白質所傳遞的訊號以及本身的功能可以調控生物體中各種不同的反應機制。對於蛋白質傳統的偵測方式包括了西方墨點法、酵素免疫分析法、螢光共振轉移法等,但這些方法都有其限制及缺點,藉由跨領域之結合將利用在半導體工業上的掃描式電化學顯微鏡技術應用至生物醫學樣品分析上,將可獲得更加靈敏及準確的分析結果。

The exits of protein and expression level play important roles of living organisms. Different proteins can regulation of single transduction and much different response on organisms. All the detection methods include western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, fluorescence resonance energy transfer and flow cytometry. But these methods have some limitations and defect during analysis process. Go through by integration and combination of crosscutting on semiconductor industry-scanning electrochemical microscopy technology to application on biological protein analysis will get more sensitive and accurate detection results.
