本文提出一種利用蠕動幫浦帶動轉動壓頭,擠壓軟管以持續定量注射點滴,體積小且攜帶方便,徹底革除傳統「吊大筒」必須使用點滴架的不便與危險,可供病患自由攜行並擺脫傳統點滴架帶來之行動不便與困擾,使用微電腦控制點滴輸液幫浦,是一種完全顧及病患尊嚴並有效確保治療安全性的嶄新醫療輔具。
Intravenous infusion (IV) is the continuous giving of liquid substances directly into a vein. Intravenous infusion may be used to correct electrolyte imbalances, to deliver medications, for blood transfusion or as fluid replacement to correct, for example, dehydration. Compared with other routes of administration, the intravenous route is one of the fastest ways to deliver fluids and medications throughout the body. But there are many disadvantages and risks to intravenous infusion. Taking this into consideration, this project is to research and development a portable device for IV infusion, this new design IV infusion device consists of a peristaltic pump that allows the fluid to flow one drop at a time and also reducing air bubbles; a controller with a digital screen, making it easy to see the flow rate; a container to arrange to the access device. This new design portable device for IV infusion allows precise control over the flow rate and total amount delivered of liquid substance.
