卵巢原始神經胚原腫瘤：病例報告
Ovarian Peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumors
摘要
卵巢原始神經胚原腫瘤在所有婦科癌症中，屬於非常罕見的一種，迄今僅約有不到一百例的病例報告。我們這次報告一位年輕的單身女性，因為腹痛及卵巢腫瘤，進行保守的生育維持手術後，施行化學藥物治療，至今年已追蹤三年，並無疾病復發，目前仍在追蹤中。

Ovarian peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors (pPNETs) are rare monophasic teratomas, also referred as part of the Ewing family of tumors (EFTs), and fewer than 100 cases have been reported in the literature. Since pPNETs mainly involve young women, an accurate diagnosis followed by multimodal treatments should be taken into consideration for fertility preservation. Herein, we present a case with diagnosis of ovarian pPNETs and introduce this rare disease.
