卵巢惡性混合苗勒氏腫瘤：病例報告
Ovarian Malignant Mixed Mullerian Tumor
摘要
卵巢惡性混合苗勒氏腫瘤在所有婦科癌症中算是非常罕見，尤其在卵巢的病灶更是不易早期發現，當病人因為症狀加劇來求診時，常已進展至十分後期，所以預後也不佳。我們這次報告一位56歲女性，99年11月時有腹痛、腹脹、食慾不佳之主訴，於外院進行減積手術後，施行鉑類結合紫杉醇之化學藥物治療，至今年7月復發後，進行第二次減積手術合併放射及化學治療，目前陸續接受長期低劑量之化學藥物治療。

Ovarian malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT), also referred to as ovarian carcinosarcoma, is a rare and aggressive tumor, containing both malignant epithelial and stromal elements. Since the mean survival of ovarian MMMT is less than 2 years, more active and effective treatments are required. Herein, we present a 56-year-old single woman with diagnosis of ovarian MMMT and review the recent strategy in the management of this highly malignant tumor.
