子宮內膜癌合併同時性卵巢原發癌：病例報告
Synchronous endometrial and ovarian carcinoma: a case report
摘要
子宮內膜癌合併同時性卵巢原發癌（Synchronous endometrial and ovarian carcinoma）在子宮內膜癌裡相對罕見，相對於單一原發癌較年輕、較早期診斷、組織學表現上腫瘤細胞多呈低惡性度並有較好的預後。我們呈現了一個29歲女性診斷子宮內膜癌合併同時性卵巢原發癌案例。臨床上與子宮內膜癌合併卵巢轉移之鑑別，對於病人後續的治療與預後相當重要的。

Synchronous endometrial and ovarian carcinoma (SEOC)is a uncommon event in general population of endometrial cancer. Clinically, SEOC presented with characteristic of: younger age, early diagnosis, histologic low grade cancer, and better diagnosis compare with single cancer. Here, we present a case of 29 years-old female diagnosed of synchronous endometrial and ovarian carcinoma. Due to difference in further treatment strategy and prognosis. It is important for clinician to distinguish synchronous endometrial and ovarian carcinoma from endometrial carcinoma with ovarian metastasis.
