Angiofibromas stemming within the nasal septum are very rare, and up to date, there are only 4 cases documented in English literature. We recorded a 19-year-old male patient who complained of right nasal passage obstruction and recurrent nosebleed for 2 consecutive months. Upon examination, anterior rhinoscopy revealed a reddish lump in the nasal septum and blocking the right nasal cavity. The patient received endonasal surgery with the aid of sinuscope; hemorrhage during operation was minimal. The histopathology comfirmed it to be extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma arising from the nasal septum. This is only the fifth case documented worldwide; its rarity is essential clinical reference as presented.
