Angiofibroma usually occurs in young males. Although it is a benign tumor histologically, it behaves like a malignancy clinically because of its locally destructive nature. In general, angiofibroma occurs in the nasopharynx and may extend toward the nasal cavity, paranasal sinus, and skull base. Aprimary extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma is area, A22-year-old man sought medical advice due to repeated nasal hemorrhage and stuffy nose. Endoscopic examination showed a huge, smooth surfaced inferior turbinate in the left nasal cavity. MRI revelaed a heterogenous-hyperintense tumor. Angiography with embolization was performed one day prior to surgical en bloc excision of the tumor via a later rhinotomy. The postoperative course was uneventful.
