摘要

Glomangiopericytoma (GPC), previously known as sinonasal hemangiopericytoma, is a rare, highly vascular, mesenchymal tumor arising from the pericytes surrounding the capillaries, and accounts for less than 0.5% of all sinonasal tumors. Its nomenclature was updated by the World Health Organization in 2005 when it was categorized as a borderline tumor of low-malignancy potential that may express locally aggressive progression and risk of metastasis. We present a case of an 81-year-old female patient complaining of frequent unilateral epistaxis and intermittent nasal obstruction. The physical examination showed an easily bleeding tumor over the left nasal cavity. Endoscopic sinus surgery was performed, and the histopathologic finding revealed a GPC. In this article, we describe the clinicopathologic characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of nasal GPC and review the current literature.

球狀血管外皮細胞瘤，以往稱為鼻竇血管外皮細胞瘤，屬一罕見富含血管的間質腫瘤，此由微血管周圍的周細胞生長而來，佔所有鼻竇腫瘤不到0.5%。2005年世界衛生組織重新命名此腫瘤，將其歸類為低惡性度腫瘤，且可能出現局部組織侵襲性及轉移風險。本篇案例報告為1名81歲女性，因出現頻繁單側流鼻血及鼻塞症狀前來就診，理學檢查發現左側鼻腔一易出血腫瘤，爾後經鼻竇內視鏡手術切除，病理診斷為球狀血管外皮細胞瘤。本篇將回顧此腫瘤的臨床病理特徵、治療方式、預後及相關文獻。
