急性視神經脊髓炎（達佛克氏病）之一例
A Case of Neuromyelitis Optica (Devic's Disease)

Left eye of a case of 27 year old Taiwanese house-wife became blind in her left eye vision suddenly and three days later her right eye followed. Headache, general weakness and paraplegia occurred at the same time. Neurogical and laboratory tests revealed nothing particular. Her vision recovered to 0.9 in O.D. and 0.01 in O.S. Within 4 months optic nerve atrophy was found in O.S. Differential diagnosis was reviewed briefly.
