“護視”軟性隱型眼鏡的臨床經驗
Clinical Experience in Soft Contact Lenses………Hydroflex/(superscript m)
摘要
木篇報告60名配戴軟性隱型眼鏡的臨床經驗。平均追踪期間為一年。我們發現「護視」鏡片的適應性很好，但對於散光的矯正不甚理想。文中同時討論配戴隱型眼鏡所帶來有關調節機能的問題。

The clinical experience with soft contact lenses (Hydroflex/(superscript m), Wöhlk) on 60 wearers is presented as to the fitting procedure, corrected vision, adaptation period, wearing time and follow-up complaints.. We found good adaptation and long wearing time with this small thin lens, but poor correction for astigmatism more than 1 Diopter. The problems with accommodation among contact lens wearers, were investigated by EOG, AC/A ratio and discussed.
