垂重型內散光軟性隱形眼鏡的臨床經驗
Clinical Experience in Prism Ballast inside Toric Soft Contact Lenses
摘要
散光軟性隱形眼鏡的種類很多，各有其優缺點，本報告採用矯你視(GNTC)垂直型(Prism ballast)內散光(Inside toric)軟性隱形眼鏡。共收集107例；180隻眼，發現臨床裝配上應避免強度配得太鬆以免引起散光軸旋轉。結果，鏡片穩定情形良好視力滿意者佔88.8%；戴用感舒服者佔93.3%，是一種簡單易配，視力穩定性高的軟性散光片。

There are many methods in orientation and stabilization of toric soft contact lenses. They are prism ballast, truncation, thin zone, back surface toricity and the combination of above. In this report we use the GNTC soft contact lenses. It is a prism ballast combined with inside toric for stabilization of toric axis. Clinically 107 persons (180 eyes) are fitted with this lens. Most patient 88.8% got satisfactory corrected V. A. (＞1.0) and 93.3% wearing it comfortably. We find GNTC is a stable and easy fitting toric soft contact lens. In prescription the accuracy of toric axis is most important in visual result, but loose fitting will worse it.
