摘要

角膜亂視度2,00D以上者處方以球面硬性隱形眼鏡時，往往會遇到鏡片在角膜上的穩定性不良，戴用感覺不舒服等問題；我們在臨床上遇到這種情形時，孤度取螢光染色形態的分佈與角膜均勻接觸時面積最大著為標準，鏡片的大小則在不引起光學上不良症狀的原則下將直徑盡量減小，此外鏡片之邊孤寬度則視各別情形而加以修正加寬。
共收集52人，82眼，以這種基準來處方；結果，使用良好率63.4%，有症狀者36.6%，其中因有症狀而停止使用者佔21.9%。總結有78.1%能繼續使用。

In treatment of high cornea astigmatism coith spheric hard cornea contact lenses, it is not unusual face the problem of unstable lens centering and uncomfortable sensation. Therefore our principle for fitting those cases are as following:
The lens base curve wepre scribe is that can provide the evenly contact area as large as possible, but without induce any optical problem. And finally we also modify the intermediate posterior curve of each lenses if necessary.
