軟性隱型眼鏡治療角膜疾病的臨床經驗

摘要

本篇報告四例使用軟性隱型眼鏡治療角膜疾病的臨床經驗，以軟性隱型眼鏡對一些特定角膜疾病，證明是一種方便且有效的治療工具，對其使用時需注意事項提出討論與檢討。

Four cases of corneal disease treated with soft contact lenses were reported.
The first is a case of Sjögren sydrome. She has suffered from dry eye for 3 years in spite of various medications. After the treatment with the soft contact lens, the corneal lesions subsided within two weeks. She has been treated with the soft contact lens for three years. The result is satisfied.
The second case, a case of filamentary keratitis, was treated with soft contact lens for only one week. The symptoms and the signs disappeared rapidly. Though the therapeutic peroid is short, the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
The third case is a case of corneal ulcer with lagophthalmia and trichiasis. After intensive treatment, the ulceration healed but minor injury frequently provoked the recurrence. With the use of soft contact lens, there was no recurrence of ulceration in the past 10 moonths.
The fourth is a case of 3 years history keratoconjunctivitis sicca. When she was treated with soft contact lens, initially, the, lens seems not helpful, but two months later, significant improvement was noted. Three months later, the corneal lesion healed satisfactorily.
