眼帶狀疱疹併發全眼肌麻痺
Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus Complicated with Panophthalmologia
摘要
報告一病例，男性，67歲，眼帶狀疱疹併發全眼肌麻痺，帶狀疱疹分布於三叉神經的第一支的皮膚領域，具有特殊的神經痛，之後併發眼瞼下垂，瞳孔散大，眼球不能轉動，此病例經服用Prednisolon治療後，病情獲很大的改善。 眼帶狀疱疹，是指由於三叉神經的第一支被水痘帶狀病毒(Varicella-Zoster Virus)所感染而引起其所分佈的皮膚發疹者。 自從十九世紀，1886年Hutchinson第一個發表眼帶狀疱疹以來，世界上的文獻雖出現了很多關於此病的敘述及治療的報告，但本症仍然未被十分的了解。 眼帶狀疱疹併發全眼肌麻痺，在外國文獻上可發現好些例子，最近本院發見一例，特提出報告。

Report a case of herpes zoster ophthalmicus complicated with panophthalmologia. The patient had herpes zoster along the area of the first branch of Trigeminal Nerve with pain sensation. The pupil was dilated without reflex to light and accommodation. The eye ball movement limited in all directions. The eye-lid had ptosis. Such a case, he was treated with prednisolon systemically, the symptoms and signs relieved and improved promptly.
