眼窩內容物剜除術病例的追踪研究
Follow-Up Study on the Cases of Orbital Exenteration
摘要
37例在臺大醫院眼科接受眼窩內容物剜除術的病例中，男性23例，女性14例，年齡最小爲1歲3個月，最大爲69歲。目前可追踪到26例。腫瘤類別以網膜芽細胞瘤佔最多，癌症，惡性黑色素瘤及肉瘤則分別次之。預後則以癌症較佳，網膜芽細胞瘤與惡性黑色素瘤最差。

Thirty-seven cases of orbital exenteration, including twenty-three cases of male patient and fourteen cases of female patient, were performed at N. T. U. H. during past twenty years. About half of the cases were children under the age of ten which corresponded with the majority of the type of orbital tumor received orbital exenteration, retinoblastoma. But the data showed unsatified prognosis about this kind of tumor. There were only five cases of maligant melanoma, and the prognosis was very poor. The carcinomatous group showed slightly better result after doing orbital exenteration.
