摘要
測量103例近視病人的網膜電圖，嘗試找出其與病人的視力，近視度數，以及網膜變化之間的關係，發現①單性近視(simple myopia)，度數輕，眼底變化輕微，其網膜電圖大多是正常。②變性性近視(degenerative myopia)，近視度數愈深，眼底變化愈嚴重，範圍愈大的，其網膜電圖不正常的概率愈高。③矯正視力的好壞，和網膜電圖的正常與否無關。④網膜電圖的b-波(b-wave)的高低和近視度數之間，目前仍無法找出很好的關係。

The ERG (Electroretinography) was re corded in 103 eyes of 54 myopic patients. We tried to see if the ERG correlated the corrected visual acuity, degree of myopia, and the retinal change in myopia. The conclusions show that: ①The ERG is normal in simple myopia mild fundus change. ②The ERG is affected in degenerative myopia (average)C severe fundus change ③ There is no correlation between the corrected V. A. and the ERG value ④There is no correlation between the amplitude of the b-wave and the degree of myopia either.
