高度近視之視網膜電圖的研究
Electroretinogram in High Myopia
摘要
選擇一8D以上高度近視共70眼，觀察其視力，屈光度和眼底在視網膜電圖上變化的情形。結果：(1)不論視力好壞，其暗適應視網膜電圖有降低的趨勢，但視力較差者並不會有更低的現象。(2)不論屈光度多寡，其暗適應視網膜電圖降低的情形是有意義的，可是屈光度愈多，在統計學上來講，並不會更有意義的降低。(3)不論眼底變化情形嚴重與否，其暗適應視網膜電圖會出現下降的現象，但不會因眼底變化的較嚴重而有意義的更形降低。

We collected 70 eyes of high myopia over -8.0D and observed the change of ERG in their visual acuity, refractive error and fundus alteration. The results showed there is a significant amplitude decrease and latency prolong (p＜0.05) when they are compared to the control group. But there is no significant difference (p＞0.05) when they are compared to themselves with visual acuity, refractive error and fundus alteration.
