摘要
結膜惡性黑色素瘤並非常見眼疾，本文報告所經驗三例，其中兩例作眼窩內容物剜除術，另外一例因全身性轉移，作化學療法，最後死亡。手術的兩例，一例失去追蹤，但他例於半年被局部再發。總之，本症是相當惡性疾病，早期發現，早期開刀是最好的治療法。

Epibulbar malignant melanomas are uncommon conjunctival tumors in the general population and are especially rare in Chinese. In this report, we present three cases of pathologically proved malignant melanomas of conjunctiva. Exenteration was performed in two cases. One patient developed local recurrence half-a-year after excision, follow-up examination was not available in another patient. The third patient was dead due to systemic metastasis one year after local excision. The prognosis of malignant melanoma of conjunctiva must always be considered as anxious even after surgical excision.
