結膜惡性黑色素細胞瘤－病例報告
Malignant Melanoma of the Conjunctiva
摘要
眼部的黑色素細胞瘤發生於結膜部位的，非常罕見，本文提出兩例經病理切片證實為結膜惡性黑色素細胞瘤的病例。第一個病例，在右結膜顳側發現一色素性病灶達一年之久，最近有增大情形，在經過病理切片證實為結膜惡性黑色素細胞瘤，經手術切除及冷凍治療後病情穩定，追蹤二年，無復發現象。第二個病例，在左眼球結膜上之色素性病灶已達兩年之久，經切片檢查為惡性結膜黑色素細胞瘤，病患最後拒絕接受進一步的治療。

Two cases of histologically proved conjunctival malignant melanoma were reported. In case 1, a pigmented leision over the right bulbar conjunctiva was noted for about one year. No systemic metastasis was noted after a series of examinations, including CT, Whole body bone scan, Gallium scan, and so on. After received surgical treatment (tumor debulking + lower eyelid reconstruction with semicircular flap + eyelid and conjunctiva cryotherapy) on April 14, 1995 and OPD follow-up for two years after operation, no recurrence was noted. In case 2, diffuse bulbar conjunctival pigmented lesion was noted for about two years, although no systemic metastasis after a series of pre-operative examinations, the patient finally refused for surgical management.
