摘要
上眼瞼全層缺損不管是由於腫瘤切除或外傷引起，愈早修補則對外觀及角膜的保護作用愈大。本文報告一上眼瞼瞼板腺癌經手術切除後，因而造成上眼瞼全層缺損高達百分之七十，同時實施馬士大上眼瞼再造術，而獲得滿意結果提出報告。
