DPE對開放性青光眼的降壓作用
The Hypotensive Effect of DPE on Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma
摘要
本報告利用22眼原發性開放性青光眼，使用單一劑量0.1%DPE進行一系列的檢查，包括眼壓、瞳孔大小、調節作用、血壓、脈搏等，從早上8點至下午4點，每2小時檢查一次，同時一天做一次房水流出率檢查。結果顯示：0.1%DPE點葯後4至8小時有降壓作用，而在8小時達20%的降壓效果。散瞳現象在點葯後2到8小時可發現，約放大17%。有關房水流出率的測定及血壓、脈搏、調節作用等，則不受到影響。至於在未治療眼，於點葯後6小時具有意義的降壓及散瞳現象，其真正的機轉及長期使用的結果，仍有待進一步的探討。

Dipivalyl epinephrine, 0.1%, was used in single dose in 11 potrents of primary open angle glaucoma. Intraocular pressure, pupil size, accommodation power, blood pressure and pulse rate were measured every 2 hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The outflow facility was measured once a day. A significant decrease of intraocular pressure after 4-8 hours was detected with maximal decrease effect about 20%. Mild mydrasis was noted after 2-8 hours, averaging 17% mydriatic effect. No effect on outflow facility, blood pressure, pulse rate, and accommodation power was noted. As to the fellow eye, significant decrease in intraocular pressure and mydriasis were also noted. The real mechanism is still in doubt.
