無接觸式角膜內皮細胞攝影
Non-Contact Photography of the Human Corneal Endothelium
摘要
本文介紹無接觸式角膜內皮細胞攝影的基本原理及使用上的一些經驗。 對100位正常人眼角膜內皮細胞密度所做的統計，平均為2872±456/平方公厘，而細胞密度有隨著年齡增高而遞減的趨勢。 照片的放大倍率，必須參考照相時條件做適度的修正，其中觀測角度的因素尤不可忽略，否則會有高估細胞密度的情況發生。

Endothelial photography of 100 persons (191 eyes) was taken with Nikon non-contact specular microscope. A negative correlation between age and endothelial cell density was found Non-contact microscopy is safe and reliable with large observed area. However, the focusing technique is not so easy. Cell count on the photographs should be calibrated considering the angle of observation.
