摘要
前葡萄膜炎病患，在高加索族中，HLA類型的出現率以HLA B27佔多數，而美洲黑人以HLA B8佔多數。本篇報告222名中國人其HLA類型分布的情形，其中200名正常人HLA B27的出現率為7.5%，而22名前葡萄膜炎病患HLA B27的出現率高達40.9%，有顯着增高的現象。

Antigen frequencies of, HLA loci vary between different racial groups. The association of anterior uveitis and HLA: in Caucasoid, 55% of patients had HLA B27 (control 4-6%); in American blacks, 26.2% of patients had HLA B8 (control 6.2%); in South ‘African Blacks, none of, any deviation was noted. We have studied the HLA typing on total 222 Chinese. There was an increased incidence of HLA B27 (40.9%) among 22 patients with anterior uveitis which was significantly higher than that among 200 normal controls (control 7.5%) (P＜0.00l).
