63例眼窩腫瘤之臨床觀察
Orbital Tumor a Report on 63 Cases
摘要
收集長庚醫院自民國67年至71年五年內之眼窩腫瘤病例，共得63例，分析其組織學形態、年齡分佈、好發部位、表現徵候、眼底變化；並對原發性、繼發性、轉移性眼窩腫瘤作－探討及與其他報告比較、分析。 本報告中，15歲以下兒童眼窩腫瘤以網膜膠質芽細胞瘤引起之眼窩侵犯居首位；另鼻咽癌引起之眼窩侯犯佔所有眼窩腫瘤3.2%比率較其他報告為高，此二特點似具有地區性之特殊意義。

63 consecutive cases of orbital tumors 1977-1982 in CGMH were analyzed. Primary orbital tumors constitute 74.6% of total cases, secondary ones 23.8%, while metastatic tumors only 1.6%. The most common primary orbital tumors are ”Dermoids”; the most common secondary orbital tumore arise from inside the globe ”Retinoblastoma”; the only one metastatic orbital tumor originates from ”Lung”.
