摘要
本篇是報告－兩側角膜鞏膜化之病例。眼部異常還包括小角膜、眼球震盪、逆內訾贅皮和telecanthus。系統異常包括斜頸、spina bifida occulta和大腦功能異常等。右眼已做光學虹膜切除術，效果仍在追踪中。

The authors present a case of bilateral sclercornea in a female infant. The patient showed a clinical picture of anomalies of microcornea, nystagmus, epicanthus inversus and telecanthus and with systemic anomalies of torticollis, spina bifida occulta and psychomotor retardation. Optic iridectomy was performed on her right eye, the less affected eye. The pathogenesis and pathologic findings were also discussd in this report.
