角膜斑狀失養症之一例－病例報告

摘要

本文報告一位三十一歲之男性，因為十多年來視力逐漸減退，並伴有畏光、刺痛感而求診。臨床檢查發現其兩眼角膜基質有灰白色斑塊沈積。左眼接受角膜全層移植後，病理組織切片及特殊染色發現其為酸性黏多醣類沈積，證實為角膜斑狀失養症。由於此病罕見，特提出臨床報告及病理染色切片，並討論之。

A 30-year-old male suffered from progressive blurring vision since 18 years old and worsen recently. In ocular examination, the visual acuity was 6/60 in both eyes. The cornea of both eyes showed diffuse haziness with numerous dense, macular opacities in the stroma. The left eye received penetrating keratoplasty in March, 1989; Histochemical study of the excised host cornea showed excessive accumulation of acid mucopolysaccharide in the stroma, Descemet's membrane and within the endothelial cells. After surgery, the vision was improved and the corneal graft remained clear during the postoperative follow-up period.
