Meesmann's Corneal Epithelial Dystrophy-A Case Report
摘要
MEESMANN氏角膜上皮失癢症(MEESMANN'S Corneal Epithelial Dystrophy)為一罕見雙眼角膜上皮之病變，雖然較少造成視力的影響，但反復性的刺激作用，會引起病人的困擾。本病例為一24歲女性，其角膜上皮細微點狀的空泡分佈於角膜的中央及周邊顯明易現，證實為一罕見的MEESMANN氏角膜上皮失癢症，故提出報告。

Meesmann's corneal epithelial dystrophy is a rare bilateral disturbance of the corneal epithelium inherited in an autosomal-dominant manner. Although the involved corneas are prone to recurrent irritations, it rarely gives visual problems. A case, 24 years old female, with myriad tiny punctate vacuoles presenting within the central and peripheral corneal epithelium was diagnosed as meesmann's corneal epithelial dystrophy.
