Schnyder's晶體狀角膜失養症
Schnyder's Crystalline Dystrophy
摘要
本文報告一位二十歲男性，因兩眼視力模糊而求診。經門診裂隙燈檢查發現兩眼對稱性中心角膜混濁，混濁處位於Bowman氏膜和基質前部間，由許多細小、針狀、有顏色的結晶物組成，經確定為Schnyder's晶體狀角膜失養症，由於國內殊屬少見，特於此提出報告。

A 20-year-old male suffered trom blurred vision for years. Slit-lamp examination of both eyes disclosed bilateral central corneal opacity located in the central portion of the anterior stroma, just posterior to Bowman's membrane. The opacity contain many small, needle-shaped, coloured crystals. A typical pattern of Schnyder's corneal crystalline dystrophy was diagnosed. This pattern of corneal dystrophy is a very rare disease in the literature, we present and discuss this case.
