玻璃體切除術對糖尿病玻璃體出血之治療
Pars Plana Vitrectomy for Diabetic Vitreous Hemorrhage
摘要
著者報告於榮總眼科，以玻璃體手術治療糖尿病玻璃體出血，首100眼之手術結果。在86例100眼中，單純玻璃體出血者，其手術成功率達72%；而合併視網膜剝離者，則僅有23%。在本報告中，全部100眼的手術成功率為57%。 在本系列中，較為嚴重的併發症包括視網膜剝離10眼、新生血管性青光眼19眼、眼球癆7眼、復發性出血27眼，以及重型網膜周邊增殖(MPP)2眼。

A series of first 100 cases of pars plana vitrectomy for the complications of PDR is reported. The success rate is 72% on vitreous hemorrhage alone, 23% on those with vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment, with overall success rate of 57%. The serious complications include retinal detachment (10), neovascular glaucoma (19) phthisis bulbi (7), recurrent hemorrhage (27), and MPP (2).
