摘要

「浩視」軟性隱型眼鏡，由國人自行設計製造，以HEMA（甲基丙烯酸2-氬氧基乙酯）為主體，加入高度親水性的共單體MAA（甲基丙烯酸），再加入交聯劑TMPTMA（三甲基丙烯酸1,1,1,-三甲次基丙酯），以「旋模成型法」製造。其含水量為52%，中心厚度0.06mm。
臺大眼科自1983年9月進行臨床試驗，使用「浩視」軟性隱型眼鏡Fc系列，試戴例總計74人（145隻眼），其中男性19名，女性55名，年齡分佈在16到30歲之間最多，平均追踪檢查時間六個月。80.7%試戴例成功配戴Fc系列。除了散光大於1.25D者，93%有0.9以上矯正視力。73%例每天戴用10小時以上，平均破片率為12.8%，第一星期角膜厚度有14.2%增加，平均增加0.03mm，沒有明顯的角膜弧度、內皮細胞數目和淚液分泌的變化。病人主訴為鏡片極軟，初期難以適應。部分試戴例有乾眼疲勞感。

The Oxlex(superscript TM) soft contact lenses, from the materials, design to manufacturing, are all made by Chinese in Taiwan. The major material is HEMA. Lenses are produced by spin casting method. From September 1983 to March 1984, 74 persons (145 eyes) are fitted with Oxlex(superscript TM) S. C. L. -Fc series. Average follow up periods are six months.
80.7% (117/145) of eyes are successfully fitted with Fc series. (diameter 14 mm, Base curve 8.8mm) The standard radius of the 8.8 mm allows fitting of corneal curvature ranging from 7.4 mm to 8.4 mm. Most patients (93%) got satisfactory corrected V. A. (≥0.9) except for those who have astigmatism more than 1.25 diopter. 73% of patients got more than 10 hrs daily wearing time. Lens damage rate is about 12.8%. At the end of first week after adaptation, 14.2% of patients have corneal thickness increase, average 0.03 mm, from then on, the corneal thickness gradually return to normal. The major complaints of the wearner are initial difficulty to handle, lens fragility and slight dry eye, tired sensation after long time wearing. No definite change of central corneal keratometry readings and shirmer test is detected till now.
According to the relative small corneal diameter of the Orients (average 11~12 mm), new design for lens diameter 13 mm, 13.5 mm and Base Curve 8.50, 8.20 may be helpful for fitting on most patients. To increase lens thickness and to maintain relatively high water content may increase the 1ifespan of contact lenses. Also, disposable lenses product may be taken into consideration.
