摘要

本篇報告59例接受垂直運動肌肉手術的垂直斜視病人，在診斷時能分辨出獨立肌肉麻痺，以上斜肌為最多，佔31例(52.6%)，手術以減弱過強肌肉作用和加強過弱肌肉作用為原則，其中所採術式，以下斜肌切除術最多共13例，經平均20個月的追踪檢查，下斜肌切除術對平常眼位能矯正平均11.6△，肌肉作用方向23.3△。

There were 59 patients with vertical deviation receiving vertical muscle surgery and the mean follow-up period was 20 months and 27 days. Combining horizontal deviation was found in 56 patients. High incidence of SO paresis was observed and the most common surgical procedure was IO myectomy. The mean effects on primary position and field of action with IO myectomy were 11.6 and 23.3 prism diopters respectively.
