眼瞼板腺腺癌－7例之臨床觀察
Meibomian Gland Carcinoma-A Series of 7 Cases
摘要
眼瞼板腺腺癌易發生於50歲以上的病人，常因被誤認為霰粒腫而刮除，以致延誤治療。對於50歲以上病患，在眼瞼綠有黃色腫瘤，導致睫毛脫落，刮除後再復發，或者不易癒合的眼瞼炎、眼瞼結膜炎者，須提高警覺作病理切片，以期作最佳的處理。本文提出7例（男5例，女2例）經病理證實為眼瞼板腺腺癌患者，年齡從51~81歲，平均68歲，追踪檢查自6個月至4年，除l例失去追踪外，其餘六例皆存活。

7 cases of pathologically proved meibomian gland carcinoma are reported. 5 are male, 2 are female, aging from 51 to 81 (average 68). All 7 occured on the upper lid. 6 cases were treated by surgical resection and lid reconstruction with fair cosmetic result. 4 cases received radiotherapy, 3 were due to regional lymph node metastasis that were noted in first visit, one for adjuvant therapy. The follow-up ranged from 6 to 48 months. 6 are still alive without evidence of recurrene, while one lost follow up.
