摘要
本文報告兩例球形水晶體症。二病例主訴皆為視力逐漸衰退。第一位病例有明顯的後囊球形水晶體以及輕微的白內障。第二位病例除了明顯的後囊球形水晶體外，另有明顯的白內障。二者接受晶體摘除後，視力皆可矯正到正常視力範圍。

In this report, we presented two cases of typical posterior lentiglobus with cataract formation. The two patients are all young females without visual problem in their early childhood. They were normal and healthy. No other congenital anomalies were associated. Characteristic posterior bulging of lens developed in both patients, with resultant visual impairment. One is unilateral and the other is bilateral. After lens removal, their vision could be corrected to normal range.
