Retroperitoneal Cystic Lymphangioma: Report of One Case
後腹腔的囊狀淋巴瘤：一病例報告
摘要
囊狀淋巴瘤是淋巴系統發育不正所造成的，而後腹腔的囊狀淋巴瘤極為罕見。我們提出一個足月男嬰在死後解剖才發現是後腹腔囊淋巴瘤的病例。乳糜腹水的臨床表現和後腹腔的囊狀淋巴瘤十分類似。後腹腔的囊狀淋巴瘤在腹部X光及腹部超音波的特別表現可以幫助我們做鉴別診斷。

Cystic lymphangioma is a developmental malformation of the lymphatic system. It is extremely rare for this type of tumor to arise from retroperitoneum in newborns. We present a male mature newborn infant with a retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma proven by autopsy. The clinical manifestation of chylous ascites may mimic retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma. The finding in supine abdomen X ray and abdominal sonography may help us to make some differential diagnosis.
