輻射狀角膜切開術的第二次開刀效果
Secondary Operation in Radial Keratotomy
摘要
輻射狀角膜切開術(Radial keratotomy)，對於近視的矯治是一種安全而又有效的開刀方法，本院從民國72年9月至73年8月，一共有12位病人20隻眼睛，接受第二次的輻射狀角膜切開術來矯正殘餘的近視。平均所減輕的近視度數為1.89D，角膜曲度平均減少1.38D。第二次開刀的矯正效果大約為第一次開刀的70%，在手術中及術後並沒有明顯的併發症。

Secondary radial keratotomy was done on 20 eye in 12 patients from Sep. 1982 to Aug. 1983. The amount of refractive error change was 1.89 diopters with a flattening by 1.38 diopters of corneal curvature. The effect of the secondary operation was about 70% compared to the first operation. No significant surgical complication had occurred in this study.
