新生兒眼屈折狀態之研究
Study of the Refractive State of Newborns
摘要
選擇772眼成熱新生兒及192眼早產兒作眼屈折狀態之檢查。成熱之新生兒眼屈折度之平均值為+3.72D，早產兒為+1.93D；屈折狀態在早產兒偏向正視及輕度遠視。兩者之屈折狀態與分娩方式、胎次、出生體重、懷孕週數無明顯之分佈差異。

A survey was made of the refractive state of 386 mature and 96 premature infants who were born at the Taipei Municipal Woman and Children Hospital in 1982. The mean refraction error of the mature infants was +3.72D±0.65D and that of the premature infants was +1.93D±0.91D. There was no significant correlation between refractive states and the delivery method, birth number, birth weight and duration of pregnancy.
