摘要

本文報告38位成人斜視患者，除了以手術來矯正外觀外，並在手術前以遮蓋療法治療壓抑性弱視和偏中心固視。在手術前後施以同視儀(synoptophore)和斜視手矯器(cheiroscope)訓練至少20次。結果，使斜視手術後複視減少，增加兩眼單一視覺之融合功能(single binocular vision)。50%獲得最佳立體感(40-60 Sec)，42%得到中等度立體感(80-140 Sec)，8%具有初級立體感(200-800 Sec)。偏斜角度10△以內。追踪一年半時間，所有病人仍維持美好的外觀。

Since September 1983 to February 1985, 38 adult squint patients, (32 were exotropia, 5 esotropia and 1 hypertropia) were treated with occlusion therapy for antisuppression. They wore the Fresnel prism and received orthoptic training with the synoptophore and the cheiroscope at pre-operatively and post-operatively.
After follow ups of 3 to 14 months, all patients obtained functional improvement and good binocular vision. 34 patients (90%) had no diplopia complaint. This clinical study should be followed periodically for an extended period of time.
