摘要
報告一例患增殖性糖尿病網膜病變病人，於接受囊內水晶體摘除術後3天玻璃體出血，數週後併發血影細胞性青光眼，取其前房水在光學與電子顯微鏡下檢查，證實血影細胞之存在。本篇並同時探討其病理成因，表現形態，鑑別診斷與治療。

A patient had proliferative diabetic retinopathy and underwent intracapsular cataract extraction with vitreous loss, which was followed by vitreous hemorrhage on the third day postoperatively. Then the eye developed secondary transient elevation of intraocular pressure due to the obstruction of trabecular meshwork by degenerated red blood cells (ghost cells). Examination of aqueous by phase contrast microscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy showed the presence of ghost cells: spherical, hollow, less pliable cells with peripheral clumps of denatured hemoglobin (Heinz bodies).
