乳房腫瘤的眼部轉移
Ocular Metastasis in Breast Carcinoma
摘要
眼部轉移性腫瘤雖佔眼球內惡性腫瘤的第一位，但臨床上並不多見。本文報告三例因乳癌而轉移眼部之腫瘤的臨床表徵、診斷方法、治療及預後。

Metastatic cancer in the eye is now considered to be the most frequent intraocular malignancy, but most ophthalmologists have had little experience in its diagnosis and treatment. The report describes our experience with the diagnosis and management of three cases of metastatic cancer in the choroid due to breast carcinoma. A number of ancillary ophthalmic procedures may aid in the diagnosis of metastatic tumors. These includes fluorescein angiography, ultrasonograbphy and C.T. scan. In addition systemic examination may help establish the diagnosis. Differential diagnosis includes primary choroidal amelanotic melanoma, choroidal hemangioma, choroidal amelanotic nevus, choroiditis with retinal detachment etc. Cases 1 and 3 were treated by an antimetabolic agent. Prognosis for vision is usually good, though prognosis for life is poor.
