漸近性虹彩後縮併後房人工水晶體脱位－病例報告
Progressive Posterior Retraction of Iris with Partial Anterior Displacement of PC IOL-Case Report
摘要
報告二例做了白內障囊外摘除術及裝置後房人工水晶體復，由於後囊及虹彩間發生後黏合，使得一例造成虹彩後縮且人工水晶體向前脫位，另一例則造成瞳孔的變形。這二例都沒有造成視力的減退。

Two cases of ECCE with PC IOL develop synechiae between iris and posterior capsule post-operatively. The posterior synechiae results in iris retraction and IOL anterior disposterior placement in one case and pupil distortion in the other case. No visual deterioration was noted.
