前房人工水晶體結膜下脫位－病例報告
Subconjunctival Dislocation of the Aciol-Case Report
摘要
人工水晶體結膜下脫位，是一種少見的情況；這種情況多由於外傷所引起。其所引起的臨床症狀為視力急遽降低。本文報告此病例的詳細病程以及治療之經過。

We report a rare case of subconjunctival dislocation of the anterior chamber lens. The patient suffered from sudden loss of vision after falling down to the ground 3 months after the cataract operation. The anterior chamber lens dislocated into the subconjunctival space and total hyphema were found. The dislocated lens was removed surgically. Three months later, hyphema and vitreous hemorrhage absorbed spontaneously, and the ocular condition was satisfactory.
