摘要

本文報告具特異性經過的滲出性網膜剝離合併進行性網膜下纖維化之特殊病例；初期於網膜下部出現滲出性網膜剝離，其他部位現多發性黃白色滲出病灶，中期時出現進行性的網膜下纖維化，此時網膜剝離的情形比初期更為惡化，後期時網膜下液完全吸收而網膜下纖維化甚為明顯，於視神經盤現新生血管及網膜周邊出現多數萎縮斑；由於此病例的臨床表徵與文獻上所記載關於滲出性網膜剝離或進行性網膜下纖維化的報告全然不同，此應為一種特殊未被描述過的眼疾而稱之為滲出性網膜剝離合併進行性網膜下纖維化。

A case with unusual form of exudative retinal detachment resulting in progressive sub- retinal fibrosis was presented.
In the early stage, exudative retinal detachment in the lower part of retina of both eyes developed.
In the middle stage, progressive subretinal fibrosis with worsening of exudative retinal detachment occurred.
In the late stage, formation of disc neovascularization and multiple punched-out lesions in the midperiphery of retina developed, complete absorption of subretinal fluid with evident sub- retinal fibrosis also presented.
Because the clinical course of this case is different from other reports on exudative retinal detachment or progressive subretinal fibrosis, we believe this case represent a distinct clinical entity and we suggest the condition be called ”exudative retinal detachment with progressive subretinal fibrosis”.
