摘要

在1276例鞏膜和箍術患者中，有5例年輕病例術後眼底檢查未發現有新的破孔，舊破孔都在扣環上，而扣環的後部發生積蓄迅速的網膜下液，時間平均為7天。經診斷為滲出性視網膜剝離，口服類固醇治療，在48天至1年不等視網膜下液消失。其可能機轉為視網膜及脈胳膜被過度冷凍所致。

Five cases of exudative retinal detachment were found among the 1276 consecutive scleral buckle operations for retinal detachment druing the last five years.
The diagnosis was based on the exclusion of the existence of any unsealed or new breaks.
All of the 5 patients were young individuals.
It took 48 days to 1 year for the subretinal fluid to be absorbed. The possible mechanism is speculated to be due to extensive cryopexy to the retina and choroid.
