視網膜靜脈枝阻塞後引發的牽引性網膜剝離
Traction Retinal Detachment Following Branch Vein Occlusion
摘要
本篇收集1980年8月到1982年8月，2年間42位罹患網膜靜脈枝阻塞的門診患者，由發病來院檢查起，追踪觀查其併發症。發現3位有牽引性網膜剝離，眼底檢查並無任何裂孔之發現。經採用鞏膜扣匝術(Scleral buckling encircling)網膜均貼回復原位。

A review of 2 years follow up of 42 patients who had suffered from branch vein occlusion. There were 3 cases of traction retinal detachment secondary to temporal branch vein occlusion. No any hole found as fundus examination. After receiving surgical treatment of scleral buckling and encircling, retinal reattachment was found.
